From file to quote in three steps

It does the calculation of the CNC programmer, the planner and the quality engineer on one screen, with one set of rules.

1. Upload model and drawing: A STEP solid model and, optionally, the PDF drawing. Material, tolerances, heat treatment and coating are read from the drawing.
2. The part is analysed: Turning, milling, live tooling or 5-axis? Holes, pockets, thin walls and stock size are extracted.
3. Time and price come out: Roughing, finishing, drilling, part-off; setup, CAM, inspection and overhead. You see every item and can change it with your own rates.

Material removal rate, not a weight factor

Time comes from cutting speed, feed and depth of cut for each material. Roughing tool chain, step-down wall finishing, drilling and part-off are calculated separately. Parameters are tuned against real shop-floor times.

Frequently asked questions

How close are the calculated times to the real machine time?

Times are derived from cutting parameters, and the parameters are tuned against real shop-floor times. If a part runs differently on your machine, send us the real time from the result screen; we improve the calculation with that data.

Do I have to upload a drawing?

No. But if you do, material, tolerances, heat treatment and coating are read from it; the price is more accurate and the confidence score higher. Without a drawing you choose the material from a list.

My shop has no 5-axis machine. Is it still useful?

Yes. Add your machine park and MARICA prices the job for your machines; if a job suggested for 5-axis can be done on 3-axis with extra setups, it says so.

Which languages does the application support?

The application interface is currently in Turkish. This page is available in English, German, Polish and Dutch; for a guided demo in English, write to [email protected].

Why is the desktop version only in the yearly plan?

The installation is locked to your computer’s hardware and works without internet; we can cover that installation and support effort in the yearly plan. In the monthly plan the full program runs in the browser.

What happens to my licence if I change computers?

Remove the old computer in the panel and install on the new one. Two transfers per 90 days are automatic. Changing a disk or RAM is no problem: if three of five hardware components match, it counts as the same machine.

Where are my files stored?

In the browser version, the model and drawing you upload are deleted as soon as the analysis finishes; only the calculated result is kept. In the desktop version the entire analysis runs on your own computer.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, there is no commitment. You keep using it until the end of the paid period; after that, automatic billing stops.
